Rescheduling/Cancellations

We ask all clients to check in for their appointments at least 10 minutes prior to their start time in order to fill out necessary forms. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please call our front desk at (708)-237-0500.

We ask that a card is kept on file to secure appointments and for cancellation and rescheduling purposes. Repeated no-shows will be blocked from further bookings.

Clients running late to their appointments will be required to pay for their full service, though the service will be limited to the time that remains.

There is a 15-minute grace period: clients who fail to cancel within 24-hours will be charged 50% of their service total.

Clients who do not show will be charged 100% of their service total. Clients still have the option to come receive the remainder of their treatment time; however, these will be required to pay for their full service.
